What exactly have they told you to email again? The defence?

Did they acknowledge that there is a problem at their end?

Please PM me so I can give you an email address to send me unredacted copies of the CCJ/Cover letter which I an add to the growing evidence of this problem at the CNBC. The formal complaints process is far too slow.

Yes,The same defence email I have forwarded with the attachment by changing the subject and screenshot of their automated email to prove I have responded on time.

They accepted that there is delay at their end.

As you did receive a claim form, they will automatically get this set aside for you. Unfortunately, for those that did not receive a claim form, the process is going to be much more prolonged and messy.

Just had a Webchat with one of the agent and he confirmed that he can see my defence has been filed today as per judges order.what will happen next?

The CCJ will be set aside and everything will revert back to where it was just after filing the defence.

I have received the letter from CCJ that my defence is submitted and set aside on 4th July and Claimant have 28 days to respond otherwise it will be stayed.

Hi,
Sorry missed your message. I will share the letter. I’m getting lot of spam calls from DCB legal and I ignored them.Now they sent an email like below on 1st August.Should I respond?
“ Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim.
 
In due course, the Court will direct both parties to each file a directions questionnaire. In preparation for that, please find attached a copy of the Claimant's, which we confirm has been filed with the Court.
 
Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on 0203 434 0433 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence”

That letter is just normal boilerplate stuff. Just file it.

As for the unwanted calls, just block their number and carry on with your life.
