Had made an appeal based on advice received on this forum, attaching the document here.
Furthermore, there is clearly no designated parking bays in the area they have put a penalty on. Morever there is only a single board on the property which is on the building, need not necessarily be noticed especially when a car is being parked in reverse.
Could you please advise?
