School streets

• Last Monday (6th July) I asked Brent for the statistics on school streets, I asked about poor signage.  I also asked for signs to be made lower.
  
  Their response was that the signs comply with the legislation.
  
  I wrote an article for the local newspaper

• Is there a correlation between sign height or angle to the road and the number of tickets?
  The article doesn’t say there is.
