Camera on m42

• Hi does anyone know what the cameras are on the m42, can't find a pic off Google maps, they're yellow and two cameras sit on top and they rotate. There are also cctv type ones painted yellow but it's the ones that you can see physically rotating that I'm wondering about. Thanks in advance

• Possibly going over speed limit. It drops to 50 for about 2 miles where just this one camera is before roadworks start and then goes into an average speed check zone with the usual TASCAR at that point I was well below 50 its just this camera that was present beforehand

• Drove back down yesterday and I'm sure it was facing the other way and sure I've seen the same one on opposite carriageway actually moving
