Parking ticket on bakers road. Signage was unclear, it should say in big writing PAY & DISPLAY. Not 24 hour pay car park and just put the ticket info in small print. I’ve never been to an underground car park with pay and display; hence my confusion. I also paid £2.50 flat rate as it was a Sunday, so the hours shouldn’t matter like they’re stating. I stayed 30 mins, to go to sports direct. Also was dark and awfully unsafe car park, no way of exit other than walking up the car entry/exit ramp, and the only other door to try get out said on the writing on the door “use this door and you will die” so I decided against it. Proper scammers it seems from all the forums online and reviews about the car park. So annoyed I’ve got charged. So any tips much appreciated.

It won’t allow me to add photo. But it says 24 hour pay car park. Only in small print does it say have to pay within 5 mins. Should say PAY & DISPLAY if it’s that sort of car park.

If you are getting that error, it means you are trying to upload photos directly to this site. The thread I linked to advises you to use a third party site such as Imgur, and provides instructions on how to do this.

And I have read this:

But in this instance, the photos that I need of the car park are on another members thread. I do not own these myself, nor know where to find them. Hence the use.

There is no copy of the Notice to Keeper (NtK) in those images. Not the other persons or yours. Until we can see an NtK from either of you, it is difficult to progress with any advice.

I have attached my letter. What is the NTK? How do I find this? Thanks
