Parkingeye Lidl Ilford

Something seem off with this letter the vague description of location, also three different dates of issue  ???

I regularly use lidl/farmfoods never been didnt even realise it was no return with in one hour was only helping out my brother as well ffs 🤦🏾 can i appeal??

Can we see the back of the pcn as well? There's usually a stock answer to these, I'm currently challenging one in Ashford Lidl. the problem is there's 2 Ashfords, each has a Lidl!

The wording on the PCN is wrong as well, don't pay, wait here for the answer to come along.

A more basic point - the driver(s) enters into the contract with ParkingEye, not the vehicle. To prove any 'no return within ___' clause was broken, they would need to demonstrate that the same driver was driving on both visits. How do they plan to do that?

Don't appeal until you've shown us a draft of what you plan to send.

You'll appeal as the registered keeper.

Yes, you need to provide a name and contact email, otherwise how would they know who has appealed and how to let them know the result of the appeal?

I done £50 worth of shopping that day would it be worth me talking to the lidl manager, see if he could do anything ?

Absolutely worth starting with the manager of Lidl, that is always a good plan.

If there's no luck with them then we can advise on appeals.

If you visit the store to speak to the manager please also take some photos of the ParkingEye signs for us.

In my case I spoke to the Lidl manager and he said nothing he could do. I think their manager need retraining! After all, in a lot of Lidl stores they provide a touch screen to use to register your car for shopping there. Lidl are part of the plot.

If the car park is shared with other shops, it is quite possible that Lidl are not the contractor. In the photos you provided there is a sign saying that the site is managed by Lee Baron. There’s a contact number. Try it.
