Hi All,
A few years ago I have had help in here and hoped the same again.
Received the attached letter from NSGL parking.
I dropped my daughter off in the city centre (Gloucester) and while I was waiting for the mrs to come back I pulled up on the side to get away from the main road.
There might be a sign somewhere where you drive in, or around the construction site (you can see the metal fence in the back) but I didn't notice it.
Is it something I better to get on with and swallow or can it be cleared off?

Getting some photos of the signage would be useful.
The notice is not fully compliant with PoFA requirements as a section of mandatory wording is missing.

Does that mean I can appeal against?
High Orchard Street is a road which is maintained at public expense - meaning that they cannot issue a private parking notice if you are on a public road.
The picture on the NtK simply shows you on the road - have they provided any other pictures of your vehicle stopped?

No, only those 2 pictures.
