• I got a parking ticket when I parked in my gym. I briefly parked on the yellow hashed lines to drop the kids in as it was super hot and busy and there was no parking close to the entrance.

  Unless your name is "Mitsubishi HC Capital" then you have not yet got a PCN. Your lease company need to name you as the hirer, at which point you should receive something addressed to you - make sure they have done this.
