Letter before claim
« on: »
Been trying to fight these charges. I have a leased space and forgot to renew my permit. Been using temp ones. Went away on holiday and came back to 6 pcns delivered over the next couple of weeks 😩 been in touch with the originator ukpc who obviously don’t care and want nearly £1200 in total. They’ve sent 2 sets of pcns to 3 different debt collectors (which seems odd!) these are the only 2 I have received with letter before claim? Any help/advice how to respond to these please ?

I can’t upload a pic as it says somethings full 😩

What does your lease or tenancy agreement say about parking? What it doesn't say is equally important.

When showing us what your lease says about parking, please ensure you show us the exact wording, don't be tempted to summarise.
