Evology Autopay PCN

The driverparks in the Uni carpark managed by evology and either pays by app on arrival or cash when leaving

On monday 3rd they forgot to pay, their fault and expects a pcn for this visit

On Tuesday 4th they paid and also set up the online Autopay on their app to prevent this happening again
They have since parked there
Thurs 6th
Mon 10th
Thurs 13th

They emailed them yesterday saying nothing had been debitted or was showing on the app for these visits, they emailed back saying it can take 3-10 working days to show on the account
They have today got a PCN for not paying Thurs 6th(not for the day they forgot)
Even though they had the autopay acknowledgement email setup from the 4th along with yesterdays reply

They intend on appealing this and most likely the others will follow

Does anyone have a similar experience with evology autopay?
