Euro Parking Services
« on: »
Hi,
My vehicle has been targeted by EPS in a Industrial Park where everyone parks every day without incident.
The vehicle was not wanted onsite so they hit it with four alleged violations in one week-I have neither appealed or responded to any invoices and the first NtK was received just two weeks ago
The vehicle has since been removed from that site, but am wondering on the best course of action to strike out their claims.
Any suggestions on how to go about fighting as I am fresh to this particular subject matter?
I've read thru a few cases, but obviously every case has it's own specifics and before I start am just asking for some initial guidance on what to post up.

Much thanks for your help and will follow up with a defence when advised accordingly.

Here are the four Ntks received.
There are no violations as the vehicle was on no double yellows,no cross-hatched areas, and wasn't in the restricted lay-bys,as seen by the picture taken, will get some more pictures of the signage onsite, but here are two signs that were closest to the vehicle.

The spot it was parked in is used all day every day by visitors to the Industrial Park with zero penalties year in year out. This vehicle has been targeted by the camera operator.
As I have withheld all communication with EPS,I'm wondering what is the best approach to take in the matter.

Thanks!

Re: Euro Parking Services-Four PCNs Centennial Avenue Elstree

Hi,
looking at the street view there is no signage on entering the private road or any indication that the road is private apart from the EPS notices placed adjacent to the main road.
Plenty cars are parked as usual every day,and the signage specifies to not park on double yellows,cross-hatches,or in the lay-by which is just after the site entrance.
I'm struggling to understand how the PCNs have been issued as all requirements appear to have been met for parking.
Would I be best served to wait until Gladstone's enter the fray ,or is it worth going down the appeal route on this one?

Any advice much appreciated as the 28 day appeal window will soon be up.

Hi,if anyone can give just a little advice on this ongoing post would be relieving quite some unwanted stress.

Would just like to know if I should appeal the PCNs within the 28 days allowed, or should I just wait for proceedings in regard to EPS making a county Court claim before I respond?

Thanks in advance
