Alliance Parking Ticket
« on: »
Hi All,

I received a fine for parking at Trevone Beach, I was there for 11 minutes, didn't realise there would be an instant charge until I returned on the next day, so paid more that my intended stay the next day.

Tried to appeal this through them direct and an adjudicator and got rejected, should I let them take me to court or pay the fine?

Thanks

What fine? Do you mean the speculative invoice for an alleged breach of contract by the driver from an unregulated private parking company?

Do you want to fight it? Do you think you deserve to be invoiced for the alleged breach of contract? Do you just want to pay it at the mugs discount rate and get on with your life?

Does Alliance know the identity of the driver or only the Keeper? Are their signs and is the PCN fully compliant with all the requirements of PoFA 2012 to be able to transfer liability from the (hopefully) unknown driver to the known keeper?

Hi,

Yeah, breach of BS contract sure.

No I don't want to pay it I tried to appeal it, paid more the next day for my parking.

Does going to appeal stating that you paid for parking the next day admit who the driver was?

Appreciate the response.

The PCN seems compliant with the POFA yeah.
