Private parking tickets / Re: G24 parking fine

I’m trying to post pictures but can’t find the option on iPhone safari. Also regarding the appeal and if I mentioned that I was the driver it’s a bit complicated as I couldn’t directly appeal to g24 as I didn’t become aware of this PCN until the appeal period (within 28 days) was over as my family thought it was a old PCN as I got two at the same time which was at the airport and it was fair and square unlike g24, it was impossible to get hold of g24 they made it purposely hard to reach out to them regarding a PCN issued by them, send them emails etc even asked the gym owner to help me contact them but no result, they just tell me to send a physical letter to them for some odd reason, even though the gym manager told me and even showed me that they contact each other regarding PcN issue via email so not sure they they’re making it hard, anyways I sent a few emails to DCBlegal to give me time and help me reach out to g24, I’ll quote what I said below “I attempted to respond via your online Letter of Claim portal; however, the system does not recognise my reference number.

I dispute the alleged debt.

I am a genuine and long-standing PureGym member and was using the gym facilities at the relevant time. I have been a member since June 2022 and have regularly parked at this site without issue.

My vehicle is registered in connection with my membership and this matter appears to relate to a minor administrative or keying error rather than any unauthorised parking. I have evidence confirming I was present at the gym and completed a workout on the date in question.

The alleged overstay was minimal (approximately 11 minutes) and falls within applicable grace periods.

I made reasonable attempts to resolve this directly with the landowner, PureGym, including contacting them by email on 16 October and via other channels. I hold evidence of these attempts and remain in contact seeking cancellation of the charge.

I did not respond to earlier correspondence due to a household administrative oversight, as I was not made aware of the notice at the time. Upon becoming aware, I have acted promptly.

Please confirm that this matter is placed on hold while it is reviewed.”

Private parking tickets / G24 parking fine

I have a small county court claims in UK against the parking Company G24, where I got the parking fine is at my gym where g24 own the parking spaces, I have stayed for a total of 2 hours and 11 minutes and I heard parking companies offer 10 min overstay period, so i could’ve been leaving in that 1 minute. Now here’s the important detail, since 2022 I have been visiting and parking at that gym (Puregym Cheetham hill) we have this system where if you put your car registration number you get extra 2 hours so you can stay in the gym for total of 4 hours, I’ve been using this parking system since I joined the gym in 2022 never any issue, one day in September 2025 I either mustve forgot or mistyped my number plate, so they send out letter, started off with £100 fine and reduced to £60 if paid early, I tried appealing etc and even had the backing of the gym manager where he checked his system and proved that I was at the gym for that time as well as I have proof that I was at the gym in my gym app for that period, they rejected so many times ignoring my point now the price inflated to £264.68 in court letter as they’re adding court fees and debt collector fees etc, now I just want help on how I can win this case and what I should mention etc, I would appreciate it a lot.

The fees are as follows:
Amount claimed £179.68
Court fee £30
Legal representatives costs £50
Total £264.68

Which started off from a £100 fine (reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days) to £264.68
