Free Traffic Legal Advice

I recieved a court letter. Followed the instructions to submit acknowledgment & submit my defence.

I’ve copied and pasted a defence template that I found on here. That made absolutely no sense to me at all.

I’m sure the company had 24 days to respond to my defence.

But I’ve worked out that it’s been 31days and I’ve had no response? So I’m just sitting tight.

Parking charge notice received a while ago.

I have completely ignored. 

Received DCB letters:
Notice of debt recovery for unpaid parking charge. - Ignored
Letter of claim - Ignored
Now received a County court claim letter

Amount of £170 - Now amounting to £250ish

I am the registered keeper. I have ignored.

Following guidance from previous posts - I need to go online www.moneyclaim.gov
but what defence do I have? Do I need to have a defence?

I cant figure out how to attach a photo of the letters which is frustrating.

Just recieved the court claim letter. 

I am completely liable for this parking notice. They do not know this. I have ignored all letters.

Would following your advice encourage DBL to discontinue before a hearing. Or would I actually have to be not liable.(I have no defence)
