Private parking tickets / UK Parking Patrol Office — Parking in no parking area — Stadium Way, London

Hello everyone. First time using this forum!
I received this PCN where it mentions that the driver of the car at the time parked in a no parking area. The area is marked as "loading only", but the driver was helping a family member to load shopping from the adjacent Tesco. The session lasted 5 or so minutes.
