Writing as the registered keeper. The driver must of overstayed there by 20-30 minutes. I didn't know the driver had been accused of a parking contravention until I received a letter from the courts closely followed by a letter from BWlegal with a balance due of £255.I assume Britannia sent notices previously but they did not reach my address, possibly due to having issues with receiving any post at all around the time.I have emailed BWlegal for evidence of parking contravention but was replied to with a generic 'sign in to portal' which I don't feel I should have to do.I have also filed the AOS.What next? Thanks kindly in advance
