While I was trying to retrieve the original PCN and evidence from Britannia a couple of weeks ago I also emailed Saunderfoot Harbour directly explaining my situation.

In a very unexpected turn of events, a very nice chap from there called me yesterday explaining that the fine will be cancelled as far as Britannia is concerned but there might be a delay while BW Legal receives that info. I'm not sure if it's coincidence or not that BW Legal also finally sent me the original PCN yesterday too.

But it seems that FTLA will have helped me enormously even if he hadn't so thank you again.

Wow that's incredible thank you.

So Land controlled by statutory byelaws is usually NOT relevant land.

Writing as the registered keeper. The driver must of overstayed there by 20-30 minutes. I didn't know the driver had been accused of a parking contravention until I received a letter from the courts closely followed by a letter from BWlegal with a balance due of £255.

I assume Britannia sent notices previously but they did not reach my address, possibly due to having issues with receiving any post at all around the time.

I have emailed BWlegal for evidence of parking contravention but was replied to with a generic 'sign in to portal' which I don't feel I should have to do.

I have also filed the AOS.

What next? Thanks kindly in advance
