#1 Scottish keeper, private parking ticket in England

As keeper of my vehicle, I received a parking charge notice for my car being parked in England.I was not the driver and I have not revealed the driver. I thought that keeper liability does not apply in Scotland.I appealed the ticket based on poor signage and also that there is no keeper liability in Scotland (their letter said it still applies in Scotland). Appeal was rejected, as was my appeal to the Independent Appeals Service.I now have a letter from UCS (UK debt recovery) saying that if I don’t pay within a few days they may recommend that the parking company take me to court and my credit rating may be impacted for 6 years if I am on the Register of County Court Judgements, Orders and Fines.Do I ignore, pay or contact them?
