Thanks for the response DWMB2.I meant the appeal so you have answered it. I would guess the meither and costs of defending it in court would likely outweigh the fine!

Afternoon,I've had a 'Reminder' today of a PCN that was apparently issued on the 26th of September.I have never recieved the first PCN, do I have any chance with this one? Not sure how I can prove I didn't recieve something!Cheers
