Is there any advice you'd have for the appeal as the last one was rejected so I feel like I cant use the same reasoning of picking someone up who was working there?
If you need photos of the actual car parks signs I can get some tommorow

I don't know if this is useful but it's The Parkway Centre in Middlesbrough. I've seen posts on facebook about a lot of people having the same problem but nothing else.

Need help quick, I only have 2 days to pay the £60 as they sent the letter on 16/01/26 but only received today!!
I received a charge from UKPC today in the post. I also received one a couple weeks ago for the same issue which I ended up paying after they rejected my appeal. I have had people around me telling me to ignore the other charges I'm expecting but I've read that I'm more likely to be taken up with the debt collectors and all that if you're a repeat offender. I am unfortunatly expecting another for the same issue.
Issue - everyone for aslong as I've known as dropped and picked people up on the double yellow lines infront of the Tesco in this shopping centre. The car park is owned by the shopping centre not Tesco. The ANPR cameras and 4 hour parking limit has only been in place for about a month now from what I can find but there was absolutely no warning about this getting put in place. I tried to appeal the first fine but nothing happened but the car was there for about 3 minutes. I ended up paying as I had mentioned the driver. This one was from the 7th on January and the car was there for 1 minute 40 seconds at 22.06. I wanted to know if anyone knew if I could try to appeal this again and win this time or if it is just worth paying the charge to save myself from any extra charges. I've attached a photo of todays charge but not the last one as I binned it. When I appealed last time and got I rejected I mentioned being allowed to stop to drop off or pick up a passenger as thats what I was doing. I do not have a photo of any of the signs up besides the double yellows from google maps. If any more information is needed please tell me. Thank you!!

This is their response to the last rejection -
Thank you for your recent communication concerning parking charge reference
We have carefully considered your appeal based on the information provided and the evidence supporting the parking charge. In this instance having
completed our assessment, we consider the parking charge to have been correctly issued, as the vehicle was parked on yellow lines.
Although we sympathise with the mitigating circumstances mentioned in your appeal, we are unable to take these into consideration when reviewing the
circumstances pertaining to your parking charge.
UKPC adhere to the British Parking Association (BPA) code of practice in relation to signage, as such we ensure that across car parks that we manage, it is
clear, apparent and numerous enough that the terms and conditions of parking would reasonably be brought to the attention of any motorist entering and
parking on site.
