Good day great people. Please i need your guidance as I am presently in a dilemma. I moved house recently and few weeks after, I received a message that I had some letters in my old address. When Opened these letters, there were three PCN from Premier Park, each for £100 (totalling £300), for various claims ranging from parking in Blue badge bay and not parking well inside a bay. The locations were retail parks where I have gone to do shopping for my family.
