Private parking tickets / Re: Private PCN- ?poor signage

Hi
I’ve received the below response to my appeal.
Can I have advice on next steps?
“We have carefully considered your appeal but on this occasion, I am writing to you to inform you that your appeal
has been unsuccessful as a breach of the terms and conditions has occurred. This decision was made on the
basis of:
A valid permit was not clearly displayed in the vehicle windscreen, neither were you in possession of a valid E-
Permit.
The Photographic evidence of your vehicle supports the above statement.
Signage displayed throughout clearly states all vehicles must hold a valid NPC e-permit or clearly display a valid
NPC permit in the windscreen at all times
In order for a vehicle to have parked correctly a valid NPC permit must be displayed in the front windscreen at all
times or the vehicle must hold a valid e-permit, the photographic evidence attached to this parking charge notice
clearly shows at the time of the contravention neither a valid e-permit was held or was a valid NPC permit
displayed, therefore you have breached the parking restrictions within this area and were subsequently issued with
a parking charge notice.
As you have complied with our internal appeals procedure you may use The Independent Appeals service
(www.theias.org) who provide an alternative appeals resolution scheme for disputes of this type. You may lodge
an appeal with the IAS providing you do so within 28 days of this rejection”
Thanks
