@b789 thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I didn't get written proof at the time, they said they'd processed the cancellation. I will go to the store tomorrow and ask if they can provide written proof, or if they can resubmit the cancellation and provide written proof.

Hi,

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

The driver was visiting Boots. The driver had parked in the car park before realising the shop hadn't yet opened. It was only a short time until the shop was due to open, so they waited in the car in the car park. Once the shop opened they went in, purchased the items they wanted and left.

The arrived at the car park at 7:49am, the shop opened at 8.00am, they left the car park at 8:09am.

The PCN dated 22nd August wasn't received until 4th September.

Go Outdoors has been visited on the 5th September (they own the shared car park), management agreed to contact G24 to ask the PCN be cancelled. Proof of purchase was shown on mobile banking app. Nothing has been received from G24 to confirm that the PCN has been cancelled. A reminder letter was received from G24 on 8th September (dated 31st August).
