Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide. I've read lots but got a bit confused tbh!
Quick summary: 22/12/2024 - car parked in private car park - parking paid for using PayByPhone
When GXS parking notice received through post, appealed saying parking paid by app and sent receipt proof image - but it was rejected as the car registered with the app was previous vehicle - so, time paid for but app had wrong details linked with it.
Ignored their follow up requests for money and first letter from Moorside.
Letter of Claim received 18 June - see image attached.
What's the best next step please?
Does one of the standard templates match this situation?
