Private parking tickets / Parking eye / DCB legal claims form

Hey everyone I’ve received this claims form for a parking offence on a parking eye car park dating back to September 2024 ( forgetting to input my reg inside the premises)
im really stressed about this right now and was hoping someone would be able to give me some guidance on how to get out of paying this?
