Thanks for getting in touch. This is what was received.  No N30 anywhere.  otherside just explains what it is. After beuing cut off 3 times (last time after getting to number 6 in the queue), the mrs has had to go back to work. And I thought I had it bad as an accountant having to deal with HMRC, the courts seem just as bad.

Further to yesterday, a single page judegement for claimant (in default) letter received today.  Judgement issued against the defendant because no response was received.  Bastards.  Seems like the whole system is set up to aid the racketeers at Parking Eye. Mrs is currently on hold to the court.  Number 18 in the queue having been on hold for half an hour already.

Good evening and thanks for coming back to me.

CNBC pack was received in May.  Acknowledgement of claim fileld online and shows online as received.

Defense submitted by e-mail to claim response at CNBC on the 9th of June, they acknowledged receipt on the 9th of June and advised they would be in touch within 10 days but they haven't.

No notice of CCJ has been received.  Viewing on the MCOL website shows CCJ issued on the 24th of June.

Hi Everyone,

Hoping I can bet a bit of help.  The Mrs had a chase letter from parking eye for overstaying in a free car park. The original letter was never received so no chance to pay a reduced amount (if she did overstay) and no details of how long she overstayed for on the chase letter.  She wrote to them, asking fro the original letter to be re-sent.  She sent her letter recorded delivery but it was handwritten so no copy kept although she does have the tracking reference.  It was received and signed for.  Next thing, county court claim. Issue date 12th May 2025.  Acknowledgement of Service submitted 24th May 2025, received 27th May, submitted online.

I looked on the forum here for a defense, downloaded the relevent case documents etc.  Defence e-mailed on 9th of June 3:06pm, copied to herself so she had a record.  Logging in to her claim, I can see the most recent document at the bottom of the screen says defense, but it doesn't show, only the acknowledgement of service.  CCJ issued against her on 24th June.

Help, where do we go from here? Do I need to apply to have the judgement set aside?  Are we likely to be successful in that?

Many thanks in advancec for your help. and happy to share screenshots etc. if the above isn't enough
