Private parking tickets / Euro car park pcn
« on: June 24, 2025, 09:48:40 am »
Hello.

I have been given a parking ticket even though I paid and I have the transaction on my bank statement.
I didn’t overstay, the notice hasn’t registered that I paid at all.

I am not the registered keeper of the car my partner is. Euro Car Parks have been told that I am the driver and I now have the letter. I have tried to put in an appeal on their online site however it states an appeal is already progress. This may have been caused as my partner after telling ECP that she is not the registered keeper received a letter stating that the period had ended and cost had gone up. At this point she sent through an appeal, as this is the only way to contact them, stating that she had already let them know she was the driver and given my full details.

This may have been an input error for the car reg , however I don’t want to pay a fine. Especially when I can clearly see that I have paid from my bank statement. Any advice on what I should do next is appreciated.
