Thank you for the reply!

I may just pay it to get it over with.

I have been back to the store on bike and had a look at the signs - shame I didn't take any pictures - there are loads of signs, but I struggled to see where it said 90 minutes. The driver must have thought it was a three hour limit.

Upon entering the car park on 18 May, the driver found a space, parked up, went shopping at B&M and then went for an appointment. The appointment ran over, and when they left the car park they had exceeded the maximum parking period which was 90 minutes. On 24 May, I, the registered keeper, received a PCN through the post. I went to B&M to ask them to cancel the PCN, but they said they can only do it if it was a few minutes. This overstay was over 1 hour (90 minutes allowed, stayed for 163 minutes).

Please see copies of the PCN and appeal response here: https://imgur.com/a/bLvdxdU

I cannot find the appeal text that I used but I think I found it on this site.

I have until this Friday to pay the 'reduced' amount so I thought I'd post on here in case there are any ideas to fight it. I also can go take photos of the signs. There are plenty of them but never realised it was a 90 minute limit and don't remember seeing that anywhere when I went to B&M to ask them to cancel it (I cycled).
