Hello,
I have submitted two topics for my same journey into London. I am a brand new self employed courier driver. I have made one trip into London, and it’s proving not to be much of a success… I have one PCN for congestion charge I thought I paid, and then this one arrived! Apparently vans are not allowed. I feel very silly, although I have never driven a van in London before, I was completely ignorant to the fact that my van was classed as a large goods vehicle and could carry over 2 tonnes, I knew I wasn’t a lorry and I was only escorting an envelope! I have done a google map search of the type of signage I aparently disregarded, and it shows you a lorry with a 2 tonne sign. I honestly didn’t believe I was either of these things! Are there any grounds for appeal? Thankyou https://imgpile.com/p/Feo3VVe#l5wvO0S
