#5 Did not receive fine - possibly incomplete address??

Afternoon, I wonder if anyone has come across this before. I lease my car through Lex. Back in April they forwarded me the attached fine and instructed me not to act on it and I should await the re-issued motoring offence in my name. I did not receive anything, followed up with Lex as I was concerned about mounting fines etc and they again advised I did nothing but wait for something in my name. Today I received a letter from ZZPS where the fine to pay is now £170. The only thing I notice is that the letter from ZZPS only has my name and first line of address. No town/city, county or post code. I wonder if the parking company also only have a partial address and hence I never received the fine??Do I have any comeback on this? I have emailed office@azure.co.uk showing them a photo of the letter from ZZPS with the partial address but obviously I have no evidence that they have the same issue with my address. Does anyone know if I can see evidence of the address they sent the original fine to?Thanks [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
