I just finished sending off the email to them and thank you for taking time to help me out, I contacted them but I can't find the email I sent them(or maybe im just hallucinating and i just wanted to send the email i dont know because was a long time ago and i forgot )anyway if I sent that email I never confirmed that I was the driver etc, I told them only to contact me again only if they intend to take me to court or something along those lines. I doubt myself now because I always keep my emails and I can't find this alleged sent email anywhere

Yes sorry my mistake, Im just desperate for help as I have lots of family problems and I'm sleep depraved as I work nights shift and I barely sleep a couple of hours a day and this is the least problems I need at the moment. my sincere apologies I rushed into making this post
