On 24th February 2025, the driver found a space, parked up, and went to the gym. The driver stayed too long, and when they left the car park they had exceeded the maximum parking period. On 5th March, I, the registered keeper, received a PCN through the post”Here is the Google Streetview of the car park: https://maps.app.goo.gl/e4birMUJFo7vviS56Photos of the PCN have been attached to this post - any help you can give would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
