Private parking tickets / GroupNexus PCN - overstay - Mayflower retail park, Basildon

Hi, I have just received this letter from Nexus
The driver visited Mayflower Retail Park, Basildon on 22 April 2025 and shopped in various shops, didn’t realise there was a time limit and the registered keeper has been notified of vehicle overstaying by 16 minutes.
Date of issue is 30 April 2025, received on 7 May 2025.
Having researched a little, Plan A is to contact the Land Agent Park Place Retail to see if they will get the charge cancelled.
Will contact Park Place as I’m the registered keeper and inform them the driver has receipts of purchases.
If Park Place refuse to get it cancelled where do I stand and what do I do.
