hi the driver got a parking charge from picking up at manchester airport.   i am the registered keeper.
the driver didn't realise there was a need to pay and didn't see any signs as otherwise would have paid to avoid anpr and the aggravation.

i have heard that   https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/apcoa-parking-charge-6402/msg72326/#msg72326
is this still relevant

please see attachment of the ticket

thank you sorry no dashcam or mobile footage other than the council's cctv footage.
let me know if i should put in representation or what you would like me to put into the representation.  or alternatively i think you have my log in information so you could just put it in yourself if that is easier.
i do greatly appreciate your help.

thank you for replying.
i don't think there are mitigating issues that you have mentioned or similar.  the only thing i can think of is that the white line is faded and there is dashed lines appearing over the solid line
once again thankyou for your time

thank you for replying.  i hardly drive down that road so to be honest im not sure if the sign is still there but it probably is.  from the camera images on https://parking.salford.gov.uk/Pages/OnlineReferenceEntry.aspx?loadtype=FORMAL it seems that it may not be there but i imagine it probably is.
not really anything mitigating other than perhaps the white line is faded and there is dashed lines appearing over the solid line   as per the video and images on https://parking.salford.gov.uk/Pages/OnlineReferenceEntry.aspx?loadtype=FORMAL

hi i entered a bus lane bit to early to turn left.
a580 east lancashire road opposite petrol station (other side of road to petrol station)
markings were quite faded and there was an arrow to turn left slightly ahead.

good evening and thank you for all your help

question,   me and my wife are both drivers on the our car.  we often share the shopping drives between us and recieved a speeding ticket.

we cannot remember between us who the driver is on that occasion and also the photo evidence does not show who it was.    from googling,   and also this link
http://www.motorlawyers.co.uk/offences/failing_to_identify_driver.php    it seems it is a grey area as the registered keeper could be prosecuted for failure to identify,   but alternatively it could be considered a defence that we have tried to identify the driver but cannot identify them.

please let me know your opinions on the matter.

thank you

thank you for all your helpful advice.

i have tried option a but they didn't really care.

if i lose how much would i have to pay?

Hi i recieved a ticket from euro car parks.
i had bought a ticket in advance for two hours but it seems that the trip to the shop took a bit longer and overstayed the time by some 30 minutes.
please let me know if there is any way forward besides just paying.

once again thanks so much for all your help

regards

thanks for replying.  i am happy to take the risks.  but only if you enjoy it and have time.  generally i find anyway that after the adjudicator says his decision if one asks him especially if manchester council are on the phone line as well to please allow the offer for £30 they will allow this.  i know its not a given but have had this before when one had a slight case.
anyway i am happy to go ahead but please don't go out of your way for this.  so let me know
thanks
