Thanks all, yes i put my local court down as 250 miles away from london. also stated i am a career for my mum.  How to i make them transfer it now ?

Hi I have done my mediation session two weeks ago or so with DCB legal / UK parking control, said Zero settlement. I was expecting for them do drop everything as thats what I read happens. But have now got a notice of transfer of proceedings, and its been transferred to county court at central London. is this normal or does this mean its gone to the next stage and they have paid more fees. ThankM
