Just a quick update I received a letter saying they will be withdrawing the claim and closing the file . Thank you so much for your help

Hi I've been sent a parking charge date of issue 13/08/2025 but received when I was holiday ( left on 24th August) amount is £100 unless paid within 28 days it's £60. There was no clear signage and it was confusing . Parking was paid at drop off. I at some unknown spot for 55 seconds which I may have entered accidentally as I couldn't see anywhere that I couldn't . Any advice of how to challenge this will be appreciated thank you.

Hi,
So I filed a defence using a template provided here. It was for a parking charge from parking eye through their client DCB legal. Cbnc said they have 33 days to respond. The 33 days were up on Saturday 17th may so I called on Monday and they informed me that they have not heard anything and that the case should be stayed.
However there was a backlog so In the mean time there still could still possibly some correspondence.
I received this letter today which was posted on 15th may. I want to know should I think anything of it and respond .. or is it just another threat and final attempt ?

I was curious as to checking the progress of the claim so decided to login to the moneyclaims website but it doesn't recognise my claim number anymore. Any idea why that is please?

I know that it can go either way but how likely is it that they will proceed to court. Do you have an idea of this?
