Hi,Need some advice on whether this PCN can be appealed.The driver parked in a space outside the premises at 17:43. The passenger exited the vehicle to check the signage and took a photo at 17:46 (dashcam got this). After reviewing the details inside the car, the driver decided not to stay and left at 17:50. During this time, the driver remained inside the car.Btw, the NTK states a departure time of 17:50:28, but the dashcam shows the car actually left at 17:50:11.
