Hello All,

i have receieved a CCJ for a parking ticket. I din't open the court letters on time, the case was decided without my response.

I have the letter from parking eye - the claim was for £215 (including court costs), the CCJ letter from parking eye says £237. But when i call in it says i have to pay £307, which is also the amount from DCLB.

So as i understand i owe the £237 and it is related to the CCJ. The extra £70 - if they want it they can try and chase me for it ( seems to nbe my stance, not sure it stands)

I have spoke to DCLB they said i have to pay in full. likley they will deduct the #£70 first if i only pay £237.

Cant seem to find Parking eye number to speak with anyone, have sent them an email just now.

Thanks for your help .

I had a paerking ticket which went to court and i didnt submit paperwork quick enough. It was rulled in the parking companies favour. As such i got a CCJ which i quickly paid off.

I now noticed the credit card company is stating i have a CCJ. I am not sure it is the same one, but i do not know of any other one.

Can you advise how i can check and also if it is the same one, what i can do.

My Apologies, i got it wrong. I was filling a totally different form in on the MCOL.

I have now submitted the MCOL.

Do i do or write anything different now to the court?

The MCOL layout looks different to the guidance you have provided.

In terms of this summons - i didnt even park up there, i simply drove through it, aftyer deciding i didn't want to go there as i didnt fancy waiting in the drive through/

When submitting the amount i want to claim, can i claim a higher amount since this takes up time, and effort to respond to these, nnot to mnetion them trying it on.

As an update for everyone. I sent these in and they cancelled one of the tickets. Paid the other one.

So when i log on to check the tickets :

i see the grounds of appeal as:

Any other ground

General Representation

I was not the owner of the vehicle

Procedural impropriety

The contravention did not occur

The order was invalid

The pcn has been paid

The penalty charge exceeded the amount

The vehicle was taken without my consent

We are a hire firm

I see the above the options i could chose from? which one should i choose.

Also i am unsure of how to word what you have wrote as i dont really understand it. Amo just copying and pasting it. one date is on the 24/02, and the other 21/02. have i not exceeded the 28 days now.

Sorry for my if ignorance. What is reps and how do I submit them.
