I rang the court again today. There is no option to speak to anyone at the court (I tried them all), it just puts you through to the CNBC, if you choose to speak to an operator.

Is there anything else I can do, in this situation?.

Thank you

I tried to ring the court today on my lunch break. Couldn't get through to anyone at the court. The only option was to be transferred through to the CNBC, but I couldn't speak to anyone there either because of the wait time. I doubt anyone at the CNBC would know what is going on anyway.

I'm going to ring again tomorrow. Any advice on what I should do, if I can't get through to anyone again tomorrow?.

Thank you

No, I will ring them on Tuesday though.

It's been a week since I emailed the court, and I've heard nothing back. Not received anything in the post either.

Should I follow up with them again, or just assume they've discontinued?. Thank you

Ok, thank you so much for your help.

It is Preston County Court. Thank you

So the deadline for them to submit further PoC has passed.

Will I have to contact the court, to see if they submitted anything, or will I just receive a letter?. Do I need to just sit tight and wait?.

Thanks again.

I got a letter today from DCB Legal. Saying their client, would be willing to settle for £80. It say's you have 7 days to confirm, otherwise they will continue to follow the court process.

I take it, I just ignore this right?.

So I received the attached letter from the court today.

I did have a letter from CNBC, about the claim being allocated to my local county court, and that the judge's decision will be sent in a notice of allocation.

But nothing from the actual court, with the above. Should I still contact them, or give it more time yet?.

It says it was transferred to my local county court, on 21/03/2025.

There's nothing after that.

12
No, nothing. Just expecting them to discontinue like the guys have advised.

Hi guys.

I had my mediation appointment today. What are the next steps I should expect now?

Thank you

Hi guys.

I have my mediation appointment next week. The email says, I should prepare a brief summary of the main points of my defence.

What exactly should I say during the appointment?

Thank you

Hi guys. Once again thank you for all your help so far.

I have just emailed the N180 Directions Questionnaire. Does anyone know the next steps following this?

Thank you
