I have received allocation for small claims hearing. Is this still within process expected where claimant will drop it?
I heard that these get dropped due to claimant needing to pay for the hearing? Any support is highly appreciated.

Hello,

I have received a N180 form to fill. Can you support me how to complete this correctly. Additionally DCB legal has sent me a letter asking for my details to be contacted, how do i proceed. Picture attached https://imgur.com/a/xB7Jq3g

Summary:
Received a CNBC claim form for not paying for a parking ticket. Have submitted AoS as per advice in other posts. Require advice on next steps and defence.

Details:
It was first time parking there as i was not local. I remember that the mashine was not operational due to screen not showing any information but have no evidence of it now it being 4 years ago. I assume i could of payed over phone but didnt. I didnt receive pcn due to incorrect address on my car (moving at the same time and not wanting to send my paperwork away it being delayed due to covid). I believe i received first letters from dcb late 2021 when address was corrected . I ignored their correspondence due to charge being 170£ and as advised on many forums.
