Hi All, I was on holiday and got back to 4 PCN's. Turns out the Parking permit holder thingy had warn off due to the weather and came off causing my parking permit to fall down between the dashboard and the windscreen (down near the vin number). unfortunately, it wasn't visible at all and took quite some time to get it back out  :'(

Any advice on what to do or am I just screwed?

Side note: on the councils website, 1 of the pcns pictures dont clearly show my windscreen, they took a blurry pic, could I get away with this?

And another where you can see the pcn covering the vin number

Surely they have some way to see my car is has a permit from the reg number?

images below show the pcn's and another of where abouts the permit slipped down (Fell way down from the pic, just an example)

You need to set your Google Drive links to 'public'. At the moment they won't open when I click on them.

Please also read this and update your thread accordingly: -

If your car was inside the defined length of street then you would be liable for a PCN.
