Private parking tickets / Private PCN

Hi All,
The car was positioned at the beginning of the street, the UKCPM sign is 3-4 meters after, being positioned sideways. No way to be seen upon entering the street. The car was running not left/parked.what will the best way to appeal it. The notice is from private company UKCPM.
