#2 Wise Parking Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich

Hi,I got sent a PCN through the post as I am the RK for the vehicle.Car was parked in QEH for around 8 hours (blood transfusion), with blue badge on the vehicle. Because it was not registered at reception on their ipad a PCN was issued. As the RK I contacted PALS and ended up in an email with the Security mgr of the trust who basically said as Wise Parking say that the PCN was issued correctly they would have to pass on the £20 admin fee. It sounds like they have a poorly negotiated contract with WP and the NHS trust has to eat the cost so they want to pass it on to me, which in my view is their problem not mine but anyhow...I've added a photo of the signage, which won't be easily visible if someone reverses into the bays at either end. My view is that the ipad registration notice thing doesn't form part of T&C and the fact their ANPR can't distinguish blue badge holders (and therefore those who should be exempt) is their problem, not the driver or RKs.Also I see that the Government's guidance on NHS parking contains a mandatory component that statesQuoteDisabled peopleA disabled person is a holder of a valid Blue Badge attending hospital as a patient or visitor or is a disabled person employed by the hospital trust.Disabled patients and visitors receive free parking for the duration of their attendance at, or visit to, the hospital. Disabled employees receive free parking while at the hospital for purposes relating to their employmentso they are well out of compliance with their current approach anyway.PCN images also attached.link to images/pcnstreetview which is a bit old and not representative of nowhttps://maps.app.goo.gl/xC2P9upgik5MLPXS7What does the collective wisdom here think? Thanks /C
