Thanks for the replies.

The camera footage shows 49MPH but the letter says 50MPH. Is this something I should include in my side letter, also mentioning a clean driving record or not worth bothering?

Im guessing 6 points plus fine it is?

Hi all, firstly thanks in advance for any advice. Very nervous about whats going to happen in this situation.

Order of events below.

1. Recieved NIP for speeding 50MPH in a 30MPH. Checked the camera footage and shows 49 MPH on the still image.

I admitted I am the driver, which I was.

2. Recieved a letter telling me the speed is too high for a course or FPN and awaiting a Single Justice Procedural Notice.

My question is, what is the worst that can happen in your experiences here?

I have a 100% clean driving record for 13+ years. I was speeding as i thought a family member was having a genuine medical emergency, no excuse I know and fully out of character for me as im a careful driver. Will never happen again.

Any advice would be great. I need my licence and cannot do without it.
