Hi, The registered keeper parked in the Luton pickup area on the 11th Jan and forgot to pay the £5 fee. Last week (so a month later) they received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus asking for £165, etc. The registered keepers says this is the first correspondence they've received on the matter. ie. no parking charge notice, etc What's your advice pls? Thanks.

Would appreciate some advice here. I received a PCN from Gemini for waiting in the car park of Copthall Leisure Centre for 18 mins while my daughter was at a Swimming Gala. I was not the driver of the car. Am I under any obligation to disclose who the driver is and as the RK am I liable for the penalty charge regardless of who was driving?

Hi,

I dropped my wife (in her car) and kids off at Heathrow T3 at end of July. I genuinely planned to pay the £5 when I got home but forgot and when I went to pay a few days later it didn't seem to allow me to backdate it the 4 days of so. She received a Parking Charge Notice about a week ago.  Shall I just use the above template as suggested? Thanks
