Good morning

A family member recently received the following PCN, however as the V5 is in my name it has been addressed to me.

As I understand, they didn't leave the vehicle they pulled into the space dropped someone off and left.

My family member is old, I don't want them to go through the hassle of dealing with this PCN. Can I respond and state I was not the driver however I am appealing this PCN on their behalf.

Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I have just found your post, a family member has received a similar ticket for not being parked wholly in a bay.

As I was not the driver I was going to issue a response similar to the one you made above. Please can you clarify what was said and on what basis your appeal was successful so I can similarly appeal?

Thanks in advance!

Before we get onto anything else, have you spoken to the gym management yet? If not, as the ones who seemingly contracted the parking company to manage the car park on their behalf, this would be a wise first step.

I have had a similar one before and they said they are reluctant to 'sort' them for people any more as they are paying the fines themselves so I have to address the matter with the parking firm myself. Do you think what I have been told is correct or it is a simple matter of them cancelling it themselves.

Hello

The local gym has recently given NPC the responsibility of controlling the car park.

The driver (family member) has told me that there was limited parking and they had to enter the parking space on an awkward angle because of the positioning of the the 2 cars parked alongside the space. Without entering the space as such they wouldn't have been able to park.

please can someone help?
