thanks for your response. I have since received another communication from DRP telling me in writing that I cannot dipuite this matter. I have told them it is in dispute and to cease and desist contacting further and made a paper aeroplane from said letter.
Its funny how i get several pieces of post every day without fail including the letters from DRP. V5 details up to date licence up to date nothing has changed for years.
The Company have now sent me a copy of the PCN. They didnt respond to the dispute or the fact it hadnt been sent so i asked them "who would i notify who the driver was" they swiflty responded saying its nothing to do with them and its in the hands of the debt collectors.
Driver not identified.
