Hi everyone, I’ve received a charge from the pernicious Capital Car Park Control who I’ve read a fair bit about on Pepipoo. They have updated their wording so I wanted to run it past you all to see if I have a chance at fighting this.https://imgur.com/a/S5Ie08f Is the letter and I’ve also attached it.I don’t have photos of the signage but I’d say it’s fairly good. Others have had luck contesting their charges on the grounds ofNo period of parking 9 (2) (a)No creditor identified 9 (2) (h)No notice of driver liability 9 (2) (b)And failing to give the invitation to keeper in the format prescribed by section 9 (2) (e) of the ActI’m not sure if these apply to me, any and all advice welcome, thank you and Merry Christmas!
