Hello all,
Received this PCN the other day whilst delivering.
I will challenge stating was on a delivery, but any other points to raise would be helpful. Many thanks.

Is that all you're going to tell us ? Please post a GSV link saying where you were parked exactly.

OK, so you can claim the loading exemption. I assume from your
very
short narrative, you were on a commercial delivery job, so you need to submit reps stating this, and provide collateral like delivery instructions, (copies of them of course).
