Westminster PCN -Single Yellow

Received this PCN the other day whilst delivering.

I will challenge stating was on a delivery, but any other points to raise would be helpful. Many thanks.

OK, so you can claim the loading exemption.  I assume from your very short narrative, you were on a commercial delivery job, so you need to submit reps stating this, and provide collateral like delivery instructions, (copies of them of course).
