According to Westminster's own map

the boundary of Zone E runs along Regent Street. So, if you entered the Zone via Conduit Street,
it was presumably here

@FindThatLegalAngle so it seems you need to go and get photos of any CPZ signs along the zone boundary that you might have passed.
