One car, one driver: one council and three private parking tickets

Hi all,

A friend has asked for my help so here I am. His English comprehension is limited and he's a technophobe so I am better placed to ask this forum's help.

I have a bunch of documents relating to three alleged transgressions at supermarkets, and one in a controlled parking zone in which his Blue Badge fell on the floor and the traffic warden didn't see it.

My question just now is, should I make one post for each ticket, or roll them up into one post and sort them into paragraph order? I can see that the latter could quickly get convoluted, so I imagine one post per ticket would be best, but I thought I'd ask.

Are the supermarket carpark tickets private 'parking charge notices' or Council 'penalty charge notices'? If they are parking charge notices then they should go in the Private parking tickets Forum. If they're all for the same alleged contravention in the same car park then I guess you could start one thread for all three. Otherwise it's one thread for each charge notice.

The Controlled Parking Zone with blue badge should be a Council PCN, so that can go in this Forum with one thread per discrete PCN.

Please read the READ THIS FIRST - **BEFORE POSTING YOUR CASE!** sticky post at the top of the forum. And post up the Council PCN unredacted.

There are slightly different rules in the Private Parking Forum.
